We do not accept WSIB or OHIP claims.

Please note that 75 and 90 minute appointments are reserved for a full body massage treattment or complex cases only. If you wish to only have your upper body or lower body treated, please book a 30, 45 or 60 minute treatment.

Accessibility

We are not wheelchair accessible. There is a small flight of stairs (3 steps) that lead up to the door.

Direct Billing:

We offer direct billing through Telus Health, Sunlife and Provider Connect.

Payment methods:

Debit, e-transfer and major credit cards

Please note we are paperless. All receipts will be e-mailed to patients.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee, and missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. To ensure availability for all patients, those who frequently cancel or miss appointments may be discharged from care.
